Letter Multiple Fonts

Description

Select letter (multiple fonts available). Then choose your font, size and material.  Price is based on size and material you choose, and will adjust when selected.  Available sizes run from 1 inch to 30 inches tall, all laser cut. We do not use chipboard, cardboard or any such shortcut!  Letters may be slightly edited where the actual font has imperfections (such as the Monogram W), or in cases where the “dot” or other pieces of the individual letter are separate.

Please note:

1. 1. Some fonts are wider than they are tall.  Size is measured by height. If in doubt, call or text us before ordering! These letters are often custom cutouts and cannot be returned.
2. If unable to add to cart, please text or email us!
3. Sizes over 24 inches require additional charges for shipping.  If we don’t hear from you to resolve shipping charges on larger items, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

Available material:

• MDF is (relatively) inexpensive and fairly easy to paint. Though you may find it to be quite thirsty on the first coat. Priming is recommended.
• Rev Ply is 5 mm plywood. Rounds stain beautifully, although with a very straight grain. Read more about it here.
• 1/8 inch Russian Birch plywood is a very thin plywood, with a more “normal,” wavy wood grain. You will recognize that anything with “Russian” in the name these days is getting VERY expensive these days. But we have it available (for now)!
• 1/4 inch Birch is used by a lot of folks. Grain may rise slightly and need sanding between coats of paint. Birch plywood often contains “voids”–holes in the middle of the wood, that are covered on both front and back by the Birch veneer layer. Occasionally, Birch plywood may contain tight knots or filled in areas in the veneer on the back of the sheet. If a void happens to be on the edge of your cutout, you’ll need to fill these holes prior to painting, or at least prior to sealing the edges of your finished project, so you don’t have problems sealing.
• Also available in 1/8 inch thick double-sided sublimation hardboard, and clear acrylic, for special projects!

Fonts are being added to the web site regularly!  We have over 800 fonts in-house, with commercial-use licenses for over 100,000 more fonts! *** We do NOT offer the fonts on the “free font” sites, as 99% of those fonts cannot legally be sold for commercial purposes.  Please do not ask us to use a font illegally.
