CAD-CUT® Puff HTV is perfect for creating cloud-like dimension with simple designs. With Puff, you can easily achieve a trendy dimensional look using just one layer of HTV! This material starts flat and smooth for easy cutting on your vinyl cutter and the HTV puffs up after heat application!
